Mission:

To keep pets with their family by assisting those in our area experiencing financial hardship and need help with food/supplies for their animal companions. We aim to ease the burden so that owned pets can stay in their current homes.

Pet Pantry Guidelines

Adoption First is pleased to offer temporary support and assistance to area pet owners in need. Here are some important considerations to keep in mind as you take part in our program:

When available, we offer free dog and cat food and pet supplies.
We cannot guarantee that any specific type of food or pet supplies will
consistently be available.
Use of the Pantry is limited to one visit per month.
A member of each household must be present to receive food/supplies, as we do not allow anyone to pick up for households other than their own.
This program is supplementary and not intended to be the sole provider of support for your pets.
It is our goal to see all animals in our program sterilized (fixed). We can provide information regarding spay and neuter resources for your pet(s).
Participation in the Pantry may be refused for disruptive behavior including inappropriate language or hostile behavior towards Adoption First staff, volunteers, clients, or affiliates.
Pantry Hours are Monday-Friday 8A-3P.

How toDonate

Our program relies on the generosity of the public. Bags and cans of dog or cat food can be donated during business hours. Unopened bags are preferred. Open bags are accepted as long as the food is in its original packaging and includes expiration date.

HOURS: The facility is open 11-5:30 daily for drop off
