I'm ready for my new family!

Bentley is a senior Chihuahua mix and loves everyone that she meets.  She will greet new people by barking enthusiastically, but it is a bark to say 'hello'.  Her foster does believe her to be deaf or very hard of hearing.  Bentley does well when she sees her human and responds to hand gestures. She loves going on walks and has a quick pep in her step.  She will tolerate other dogs in the home as long as she can be in charge and the other dogs can read that they need to step back and ignore her.  Bentley is an old lady that can sometimes be grumpy and wants to be the center of attention - especially if food is involved.  She came to the rescue filled with bladder stones, so she will need to be on prescription urinary diet moving forward to prevent further stones. She can’t wait to find her perfect retirement home.
