I've found my furever family!

Hines is a male hound mix estimated at about a year old. Think big puppy. He is dog and kid friendly. He loves to play! He is friendly with cats, however is also very curious about them. Hines is learning basic commands and is treat motivated! Hines is not recommended for an apartment or townhouse type living situation and while not required, would do best in a home with a fenced yard to help exert some energy. Hines was born with a birth defect where his hind legs are weaker than his front legs. X-Rays have shown he actually has an extra vertebrae! His hind legs work in sync when running, almost like a bunny hop. He does not let this slow him down! Hines will likely require physical therapy down the road to ensure continued success on 4 paws! This will be up to you to discuss with your veterinarian after adoption. For now, he is a happy-go-lucky kinda guy!
