I've found my furever family!

Kodiak is a female Australian shepherd mix estimated just over a year old. She is working hard on learning to trust people and come out of her shell. She is a very sweet dog, but nervous with new people and situations. Once she feels comfortable with you, she will happily come accept treats accompanied by belly rubs and ear scratches. She LOVES to play fetch and run out some zoomies in the backyard. She's done well with the kids in her foster home, but it is recommended that any kids she meets understand her boundaries and that loud noises and sudden movements will startle her. Due to her timid nature, a fenced in yard is highly recommended. A trial period will be required for any potential adoption to give Kodiak the time she needs to show her true self in a home environment after she gets a little settled in.
