I've found my furever family!

Toots is a submissive, sweet pitbull mix who loves to be with you. She came to Adoption First very pregnant, and unfortunately only one of her pups survived. Since then, her pup has been adopted and now it’s her turn! Toots is cat and dog friendly, walks well on a leash once you can get the leash on her, and does well in a crate. She will run and play in the yard with her dog foster siblings, and even groom the kitty. She is still working on understanding that people (especially new people) aren’t going to hurt her. She gains confidence from other animals and would thrive in a home environment where other animals were present. Toots will need lots of love and patience so that she can be her most confident self.  She's estimated around 2 1/2 years old.
