Chip is such a sweet boy! He loves to snuggle and spend time with humans. He loves other dogs and is very gentle with them. He loves to give kisses! He is recovering from surgery currently so he will have to keep wearing his cone until August 10. He was terribly matted when he came to us, and had a wound on his tail from how matted he was. He has to wear his cone until his tail heals.
