I've found my furever family!

Stella is a sweet 4 year old puppy mill mama! She loves pets, belly rubs and a warm spot to sit close to you! She has done well with potty training in her foster home and walks gently on a leash. She tolerates being on a lead. She does great with dogs (she loves puppies!), She never growls at people but will let dogs know when they are crossing boundaries. She is never harsh. She is learning how to play with toys and loves chewing on bones. Stella is kennel trained in her foster home and uses this as a safe place. She is scared of loud noises like the vacuum. She has done well coming out of the kennel on her own just to hang out and sit! Stella is a low energy kind of girl and loves her meal time and is gentle and polite. She has played well with foster dog siblings. She does need a little work with manners as she watches all the other dogs and gets excited and jump on people. She will do well with a routine just to help boost her confidence. Stella would do best with another dog in her future home to help her continue to grow and gain confidence. She did like the younger kids but might do best with kids that are not small and grabby due to not having the exposure as a puppy. She is working on taking treats from people and is always so gentle. She does allow you to pick her and snuggles with people and dogs! She is a great addition to a family looking for a 2nd dog in their house!
